One of my son's classmates; Sarah, is practicing gymnastics at a good level in our hometown. Her mom asked me if I wanted to make some photo's of Sarah in action. As usual I wanted to capture her in motion just to get movement into the photo. With little help of one flash on tri pod I took below photo's.
